My doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Nova Southeastern University was earned in 1999, after completing my predoctoral internship at Yale University School of Medicine. My postdoctoral fellowship was completed at Harvard University, within the University Health Service Mental Health Service. I have been working in private practice as a licensed clinical psychologist since 2000.

My work with clients integrates multiple perspectives including psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, relational, existential, cognitive- behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. I have published various journal articles, book chapters, newsletters, and magazine articles on issues in psychological theory and technique.
